Privacy Policy

Christian App Empire LLC (“we”, “us”) built the Proverbs 31 mobile application (the “App”), the free, ad-supported edition of our Proverbs 31 experience. Bundle identifier: com.christianappempire.proverbs31. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Summary

The App is designed for devotional use. Some features may process data on your device or through trusted service providers as described below. We do not sell your personal information. An optional Proverbs 31 Pro app is sold separately on the App Store; this policy covers the free App only.

2. Information we collect

• Account and app data: If you sign in or use cloud features (for example, authentication or optional community features), basic profile or usage data needed to operate those features may be processed by our backend providers.
• Voice reflections (local): If you use the in-app voice recording feature, audio files and titles you create are stored on your device only under the App’s documents storage, unless you later choose to share them through your device’s share sheet.
• Advertising and measurement: This App displays ads served by Google through the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. Google may collect identifiers and usage data subject to Google’s policies and your device settings.
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On supported iOS versions, you may see a system prompt asking permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. Your choice controls whether certain identifiers may be used for tracking as defined by Apple.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To show advertisements and measure their effectiveness where permitted.
• To respond to support requests when you contact us.

4. Third-party services

The App may rely on services whose privacy policies apply in addition to this one, including for example:

• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob — Google Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store — Apple Privacy Policy
• Google Play — Google Privacy Policy
• Authentication or backend providers (if enabled in your build), such as Supabase — refer to their published privacy policy for the project you connect.

5. Data retention

Locally stored voice reflections remain on your device until you delete them in the App or remove the App. Data held by third-party providers is retained according to their policies and our configuration of those services.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Your choices

• You can adjust privacy and tracking settings on your device (for example, iOS Settings → Privacy & Security).
• You can limit ad personalization where your platform allows it.
• You can delete local recordings from the Voice Reflections screen inside the App.

8. International users

If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
